Society and Low Lives

Something new i discovered while i was in Malaysia. They have or had or wat-not's ,I'm not too sure about the status, a reality show of somekind that revolves around music. They call it Gang Starz. Surprisingly the narrow minded and overzealous censorship board actually approved of it. Not the concept, I'm talkin about the name of the show.

After all this comes from the country that at one point banned The Power Rangers. Why? Because they had the word Morphing in the title.

Malaysia : Crime watch

Something else i found on YouTube while i was skimmin thru the site. Dont ask me how i came about to it i just did ..... On another note some colleagues of mine were debating on the issue of the M'sian Customs or should i say the M'sian Civil Service screwing up again . The topic being the imprisonment of the Singaporean who was jailed for not having her passport stamped. She's apprently fighting the case though she's already served the sentence.

While i have to say that both parties were at fault, one for not carrying out his/her duty in ensuring that the passport was/is duly checked and stamped, the other for not checking or paying attention to the officer, the debate was as to whether Singaporeans should boycott their neighbour. (?)

They reason that until the Govt wakes up and smells the Straits that separate the 2, all Singaporeans should stop patronizing JB, which will cause a drastic drop in the economy of the state as most businesses thrive on the Singaporean market.

Btw the JB Minister is supposedly set to receive an Award of Some Recognition for apparently spotting that the floods in M'sia (or rather JB ) were the result of the sand operations at some island that is currently being disputed by these 2 neighbours. He also supposedly claimed that he has never heard of any Singaporeans being jailed as a result of his/her passport not being stamped by the sleeping customs. Hows that for a Ministers response to matters occuring in his own back yard. Oh and i really mean his own back yard. The customs is about 10km (give & take a few ) from where he lives.

To cut a long story short, should the common people of the state be made to suffer for the ineptness of the Goverment in general? ......

It really isn’t about whom you are or who you know or even who knows you. It really does not matter if you know people with influence over others. Do you really think people care? I agree that they may be in awe over your realm of influence. They may even worry about what could happen to them should they cross you. But that sphere of influence is but a physical one.

It really does not matter if you yourself have a shocking wealth of possessions. Or that you may be able to determine if a man shall live or die with a burrow of your forehead. Do you really think people care? They may be in awe of your power. But that is only physical influence.

Does it matter if you have many people at your feet, waiting to answer your beckon? Are your friends there because you don’t mind splurging money? Or that material possessions are your biggest assets? Are your friends truly friends or just fair weather friends?

Would it matter to people if you were to go one day into the other realm? Would they be at your last bash, to mourn or celebrate? If they did celebrate, what would the reason be behind that? Would they stand to gain something? Would anyone turn up at your funeral to mourn your leaving? Or would they be there just to “show face” before contemplating what they stand to gain?

If you were to think about it, coming from strangers, this would be an understandable position for them. But then again, what if it were to be coming from your own family? That would be something to ponder now would it not?

What would you want when you leave this realm? Would you want people to mourn you parting? Would you want people to think about your possessions?

There are many things to think about when it comes to life. There are even more things to think about when it comes to death. The most basic would be how to provide for your family. Simple enough, it would be for you to insure yourself.

My concern however lies beyond that. I want to leave this life not just as a person that has provided for my family, done my part in society, made friends and enemies. I do not want to be remembered for just those things. I want to be remembered for all the wrongs I’ve done too … weird but it is real. We should all want to be remembered for the person’s we are, were, was and is.

To be remembered in such a way, is to truly have left an impression amongst friends and family.

I dont care what you people say, feel or think. Singapore DID NOT deserve to win the Tiger Cup. Wake up people its South East ASIA. Not South East Asia China Bosnia United Kingdom Africa.

And all you wanna-be's .... please go ROC. The only time you "lalang's" support Singapore is when they're winning. Its like all those Chelsea, Man Utd, Rovers, Pool fans who emerge from the woodwork when the teams are winning but disappear when asked to support the team. And every year you wear a different jersey. The only exception to this is the supporters of Singapore Pools of course!!

The only reason Singapore won was because of the foreigners in the team. If the other teams can enter locals into the competition and fare well i do not see a reason why Singapore should not. Then again being Kiasu and probably even Kiasi i'm not too surprised. I admit that Precious, Bennett and Mustafic played well and were solid all round. But its not fair to the other countries that participated and i think the ASIAN Football Fed. should do something about this. Its one matter if the person is born, bred and educated in a country but another if the person is naturalised in order to gain an unfair advantage.

Oh please don't go about comparing with other countries that naturalised foreign players into their own stable of atheletes. That is unless you're saying that if they feed their athletes illegal drugs then you're gonna too. Or to be crude .... are you gonna eat shit if they eat shit?

Fine then .... look at it this way then. When the foreigners leave ( see recent passenger list for flights ) what are you gonna do?

When the foreigners leave who's gonna take over their role? A local? Hardly i think. How many times were the foreign talents sub-bed? The youngster are learning you say? From? By watching you say? Well then i must say I'm a world class GK, Def, MF, Fwd , not to mention probably the best basketball player that ever lived and wat not's else.

They are never gonna learn cos they are never gonna get the chance to do so. Do you think the coach is gonna bother about the rest when his 11 outfield TO WIN is already fixed? A Coach's agenda is to win not bleed. Esp. not when its a national team.

Get it right.... Singapore DID NOT DESERVE it. THAILAND did. But credit to those who performed that day.

In anycase ..... as it was well said in the media, until that day how many people actually pid attention to Singapore Soccer.

"Please turn off ur flashes. Please turn off ur spotlights. As our creatures are nocturnal these may affect them. " she said. In fact she said this in English, Hindi, Japanese and Korean.

Unfortunately the dumb tourists seem to be oblivious to simple instructions. Given a chance i would have loved to tell the stupid bastards to shove the light show up where the sun don't shine and see how they like it!!

Then there's the other category of bastard. The fuckin tour guide who had his freakin umbrealla open in the middle of the night when it was nice and windy and not a sight of rain in the air. Put the 2 stupid friggin idiot groups together and you get a nice case of IMBECILES!!

STUPID ______ TOURISTS AND THEIR STUPID GUIDE.

Note to others dont visit the Safari on a weekend!! Its friggin packed!!

Besides that ... was expecting it to be more exciting than it was after all the hype that was advertised. It wasnt as expected. But i have to say it wasn't that disappoiting.

Next stop .... think i'm gonna try for the safari tour in Africa!! Now all i gotta do is start saving up some $$.

For those of you who have never seen a caning ... take a look at this.
While the standards are different from certain other countries, the results are pretty much teh same. Its interesting that when you're doing the crime God's never in mind but when paying the time, its a reversal.

God .... i have a golden theory on God .... This is his little game and we're jus there for his entertainment. That's gonna be another topic.

Enjoy the video though for now!!

Was browsing thru youtube recently when i chanced on the video in the link below. Its amazing how these monkeys are actually having their education supported by the govt thru the unfair quota system for one. The leader of the hooligans is apparently the University' Student Chair.

Even the bloody security guard is obviously racist.

Have a look ... and if you dont like it please do not comment. Its your problem not mine!!
